He does what He wants, and nothing can hinders His ability.
His ability overcomes all causes, and if He wants, He will disable all causes and give without them.
In the story of granting John to Zachariah, Allah created John from very old parents contrary to the usual known fact that very old human beings cannot give birth to children.
