Indeed, Allah enjoins justice and kindness, and giving to the relatives, and forbids indecency, immorality, and transgression. He admonishes you that you may take heed. [Quran Surah an-Nahl: 90]
Abdul-Allah ibn Abbas, may Allah be pleased with him, said, ‘(Indeed, Allah enjoins justice and kindness.) Commanding to uphold justice is to testify that there is no deity worthy of worship but Allah. And commanding to uphold kindness is to be patient in respect of obeying the commands of Allah and avoiding His prohibitions at times of hardship, easiness, satisfaction, and dissatisfaction, namely, implementing the obligations of Allah in all times.’
